The Most Rev. Lord George Carey of Clifton, former Archbishop of Canterbury and head of the Anglican Communion, visited another Canterbury in late October – this one the Episcopal retreat and conference center in Oviedo, where he spent three days leading Central Florida’s clergy retreat.

In an exclusive interview with the Central Florida Episcopalian, he also shared his thoughts about the current tumult in the Anglican Communion over blessing same-sex relationships and elevating an openly gay man to the Episcopacy.
