| Canterbury: The Episcopal Church of the Sudan has criticized moves by the chief prosecutor at the International Criminal Court (ICC) at The Hague to arrest Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir on charges of war crimes.
The ICC’s actions will “make more people in Darfur die” Archbishop Daniel Deng of the Sudan told ReligiousIntelligence.com on July 22, and would likely make the situation worse. Read it all in The Church of England Newspaper. |
